my story

From Corporate HR Director to Global Leadership & Career Transformation Coach

My journey began in HR departments of international corporations. For over 20 years, I worked in FMCG, IT, and industrial sectors, growing from a specialist into an HR Director, leading teams and projects across 4 countries.

I’ve personally experienced major transitions — relocations, a career shift from corporate to entrepreneurship, and adapting to new cultures and languages. At some point, I realized that the most valuable leadership skill is not managing processes, but unlocking people’s potential and helping them find their true path.
